Our Purpose

We exist to Pursue Jesus in a deeply personal relationship, to Unite the church with the mind of Christ, and to Reach the world with the Gospel.
Pursue Jesus.
This is the foundation of it all – a personal, growing, dynamic relationship with Jesus. We seek to accomplish this mission by worshipping together and helping people foster a daily walk with Him.
“And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.” (Colossians 1:18)
Unite the Church.
Why does this matter? Before Jesus was killed He prayed a passionate prayer to the Father in which He expressed a deep desire that the church would be unified in love and mission. We believe that the key to reaching our world is for the church to be unified with the mind of Jesus, so we actively foster church unity.
“Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.” (Philippians 2:2)
Reach the World.
What is the fruit? When Christians pursue Jesus they’ll love the thing that Jesus loved and died for, the church, and when Christians are deeply in love with Jesus and in sync with the church, then they’re a primed force ready to engage the world with the ultimate goal of the mission – to reach the world with the Gospel.
“…stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel.” (Philippians 1:27)
